在针对颈椎退行性病变和后纵韧带骨化的颈椎后路手术中,颈椎椎板成形术是目前临床应用较广泛的一种术式,其自椎板切除术改进而来,经过数十年的发展,其已逐渐成为脊柱外科的标准术式之一。本文回顾并简述了椎板成形术这一术式的历史及近年来的发展,简单介绍了内植物的改进,重点讨论了外科术式的改进,尤其是近年来为了减少对软组织侵犯而做的改进。简单介绍了肌肉重建脊柱椎板成形术(myoarchitectonic spinolaminoplasty)这一术式并回顾了相关文献。

Among all kinds of posterior cervical spine surgeical treatment methods for degenerative cervical myelopathy and ossified posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL),the cervical laminoplasty is a procedure that has been widely used.The laminoplasty was developed from laminectomy,and after decades of development,it has gradually become one of the standard surgical procedures in posterior spine surgery.This article reviews and briefly describes the history of laminoplasty and its development in recent years.The introduces of improvement of internal plants are focused on the improvement of surgical methods in recent years,especially the improvement to reduce the invasion of soft tissues,which briefly introduces the technique of myoarchitectonic spinolaminoplasty and reviews the related literatures.Moreover the modifications and development of new implants are discussed in the article.
