系统性护理干预对胃癌围手术期患者焦虑和生活质量的影响

Effects of systematic nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨系统性护理干预对胃癌围手术期患者焦虑情况及生活质量的影响。方法选取行手术治疗的胃癌患者64例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组32例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行系统性护理干预,干预前后应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、疾病自我管理效能、生活质量量表进行评价。结果观察组干预后HAMA、SAS等焦虑情况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组患者的护理干预后的自我效能评分要高于观察组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的生理功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、自我效能等总体的生活质量评分均要好于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌围手术期患者实施系统性护理干预,能改善患者焦虑情况,有效提高其自我效能,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of systematic nursing intervention on perioperative anxiety and life quality of patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 64 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing care,and the patients in observation group received systematic nursing intervention.Before and after the intervention,the life quality and self management efficacy of patients were evaluated by means of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Zung anxiety self-rating scale(SAS).Results After intervention the scores of HAMA,SAS and the other anxiety condition in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the scores of self management efficacy in control group were significantly higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).After intervention the scores of physiological function,social function,emotional function,mental health,and self management efficacy in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The systematic nursing intervention for perioperative patients with gastric cancer can effectively improve the anxiety status,self management efficacy and life quality of patients,thus,which is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
