摘要
以青石粉为主要原料,采用熔融法制备了MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(MAS)系堇青石基微晶玻璃,利用差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析了Fe2O3对MAS系堇青石基微晶玻璃晶化能力和晶体结构的影响。结果表明:以青石粉为主要原料可以制备出主晶相为堇青石、次晶相为顽火辉石的MAS系微晶玻璃;随着Fe2O3含量的增加,样品的玻璃化转变温度和晶化温度逐渐降低;且Fe2O3在玻璃相中的富集会促进堇青石相的析出;同时堇青石晶粒的长径比随着Fe2O3含量的增加而不断减小。
Cordierite-based MgO-Al2O3-SiO2(MAS)glass-ceramics were prepared by traditional melting-casting method with stone powder as main materials.Effects of Fe2O3 on crystallization and microstructure of cordierite-based MAS glass-ceramic were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It is found that the primary phase of sample is cordierite and the secondary phase is enstatite.Glass transition temperature and crystallization temperature of sample drop gradually with increasing addition of Fe2O3.Fe2O3 enriches in glass phase and is beneficial to crystallization of cordierite.Length-diameter ratio of cordierite crystal drops with increase of addition of Fe2O3.
