江西有机食品产业现状分析及发展对策思考

An Analysis of the Status Quo of Jiangxi’s Organic Food Industry and Development Countermeasures

有机农业强调遵循自然规律和生态学原理,要求在生产过程中不得使用化学合成物质和转基因物质,对于保护生态环境和维持农业可持续发展具有重要意义,是未来农业发展趋势和生态文明建设的重要内容。按照有机农业方式生产的有机食品兼具农产品安全和高品质特性,是提升农产品附加值和推动农业增效农民增收的重要途径。江西依托优越的自然生态条件、丰饶的特色农业资源、充足的农村富余劳力、显著的地理区位优势和丰富的绿色发展经验,通过加大政策资金支持力度,实现了有机食品产业快速发展。但是,江西有机食品产业总体存在企业规模偏小、产品品牌不响、市场销售不畅、开发力度不够等问题。今后,要科学合理定位目标市场,培育绿色有机食品品牌,创新产品经营机制,创立高质量产业集群,实施绿色生态农业行动计划,依靠科技创新的支持,加快江西有机食品产业发展,把江西建成全国知名绿色有机农产品供应基地,打造有机食品产业高质量发展江西样板,擦亮“全国绿色有机农产品示范基地试点省”金字招牌。

Organic agriculture emphasizes to follow the laws of nature and the principles of ecology and requires that no chemically synthesized substances or genetically modified substances be used in the production process,which is not only of great significance for protecting the ecological environment and maintaining agricultural sustainable development but also of high importance for future agricultural development trends and ecological civilization construction.Characteristic of both safety and high-quality of agricultural products,organic food produced in the form of organic agriculture is an important way to increase the added value of agricultural products and promote agricultural efficiency and farmers’income.Relying on superior natural ecological conditions,abundant featured agricultural resources,sufficient rural surplus labor,prominent geographic location advantages and rich green development experience,Jiangxi has achieved its rapid development of the organic food industry by increasing policy funding support.However,the overall organic food industry in Jiangxi still has problems such as small-scaled enterprises,unknown brands,inefficient market sales,and insufficient development efforts.From now on,we need to accelerate the development of Jiangxi’s organic food industry by scientifically and rationally positioning the target market,cultivating green organic food brands,innovating product management mechanisms,creating high-quality industrial clusters,implementing green ecological agriculture action plans,and relying on technological innovation support.In doing so,Jiangxi will surely be built as a nationally well-known green organic agricultural product supply base,established as the Jiangxi Mode for high-quality development of the organic food industry in China,and celebrated as a golden accolade shining with its“National Pilot Province of Green Organic Agricultural Products Demonstration Base”.
