摘要
大学生就业是全社会关注的焦点,高校承担着主要责任。为了帮助毕业生顺利就业,学校需要从塑造学生真实的就业能力入手,根据社会需求的差异性矛盾,进行实证和差异化研究。本文以工商管理专业为例,在问卷调查的基础上,分析了大学生就业能力的内涵,阐述了工商管理专业毕业生就业现状以及存在的困惑,进而提出了就业能力差异性的根本所在,最后提出针对性的弥补措施与优化建议,以期为工商管理专业构建层次清晰、科学高效的人才培养体系,确保毕业生高质量就业提供参考。
Colleges and universities bear the main responsibility for the employment of graduates which has been brought into the focus of the whole society. An empirical study, based on the differences and contradictions of social needs, is undertaken to explore the employability for graduates majored in business management with the aim of helping them find their jobs smoothly and face the employment pressure. This paper, on the basis of a questionnaire survey, analyzes the connotation of college graduates’ employability, expounds their current employment situation and existing confusion of business management, and then puts forward the root of the differences in employability, as well as targeted remedial measures and optimization suggestions, with a view to building a clear, scientific and efficient cultivation system for business management majors and provide some reference or assistance to ensure the high quality employment of graduates.
