摘要
新时代辅导员队伍动力的生成积累的成长过程与量子跃迁的能级变化过程极具相似性,辅导员队伍内外部10种动力要素相互配合协调促成辅导员队伍的动力能级跃迁。辅导员队伍动力效能提高的关键在于构建科学的能级跃迁动力机制系统,辅导员动力能级跃迁的幅度较大程度上取决于内外动力的合力产生的能量值E总;满足E总大于或等于能量差Emk时为辅导员队伍能级跃迁提供更强更持续的动力支持。
The growth and accumulation of the motivation of the counselor team is very similar to the energy level change process of the quantum transition in the new era. The key to improve the dynamic efficiency of counselors’ team is to construct a scientific dynamic mechanism system of energy level transition. The amplitude of the dynamic level transition of counselors depends largely on the energy value E total produced by the combined forces of internal and external forces. When the total E is greater than or equal to the E mk of energy difference, it provides stronger and more sustained dynamic support for the energy level transition of counselors’ team.
