基于航天企业信息化的数据贯通研究

Research on Data Penetration Based on Aerospace Enterprise Informatization

结合航天制造业现有信息化建设的实际情况,对信息化过程中的数据链贯通、数据的分析及可视化展示问题进行研究。航天制造业多年的信息化建设积累了丰富翔实的原始数据。由于各信息系统建设在不同时期且对应的业务目标不同导致大多信息系统处于独立运行状态,没有实现系统间的数据交换,因此大量的原始数据处于独立状态,没有实现贯通和分析,无法为航天企业的决策信息提供数据支持。依据制造业现有的信息系统建设情况为基础,分析SAP、PDM、MES等信息化系统的建设情况,结合业务流程和业务数据对数据资源整合和贯通进行分析,并提出贯通的思路及方案,对其他制造业的信息化数据贯通具有借鉴意义。

It was researched that data link connection in the process of informatization combined with the present situation of manufacturing enterprises and the actual situation of the company.Perennial information construction of aerospace manufacturing accumulated plentiful and detailed initial data.Due to different times of various information system construction corresponding different business objective,which leaded most information systems were independent,data sharing among various information systems was not realized.So plentiful initial data were independent,there were not connection and analysis,it could not provide data support for decision information of astronautic enterprises.Based on the existing information system construction in manufacturing enterprises,it was analyzed that the construction of information systems such as SAP(System Applications and Products),PDM(Product Data Management),MES(Manufacturing Execution System),and analyzed the integration and penetration of data resources combined with business processes and business data,at the same time,put forward the ideas and schemes of penetration,which provided big value for aerospace manufacturing enterprises data link connection in the process of informatization.
