Application of Black Screen Management in TDI Production

TDI是聚氨酯工业的主要生产原材料之一,在实际生产中存在着生产线控制点多、控制参数多变、调节反应时间短等诸多难点,导致生产线需要较多的操作人员,并且操作人员必须熟练掌握生产工艺和参数调节经验,否则很难确保生产线安全、高效、稳定。为避免因为人员精力不集中而导致问题未及时被发现,进一步恶化酿成生产事故的问题,经过多年的摸索以及对先进经验的学习并结合生产实践,在TDI分离系统引入了“黑屏管理”,通过将DCS半人工半智能的操控模式升级为全智能的操控模式,提升对参数的准确率,缩短对异常情况的反应时间,有效提高了装置运行的稳定性、准确性、快速性和连续性,使装置生产工艺管理由“管正常”向“管异常”转变,对化工生产的自动化升级具有指导意义。

TDI was one of the main raw materials in the polyurethane industries and the production process of TDI was very complex.There were many difficulties in the actual production,such as many control points of the production line,changeable control parameters,short adjustment reaction time and so on,which led to the need of more operators in the production line,and the operators must master the production process and parameter adjustment experience skillfully,otherwise it was difficult to ensure the safety,efficiency and stability of the production line.In order to avoid the problem not being detected in time because of the lack of concentration of personnel,and led to further deteriorate of production safety,after many years of exploration and study of advanced experience,and combined with production practice,black screen management was introduced into TDI separation system.By upgrading DCS semi-artificial and semi-intelligent control mode into full-intelligent control mode,the accuracy of parameters was improved,and the response time to abnormal conditions was shortened,the stability,accuracy,rapidity and continuity of the operation of the plant were effectively improved.It was of guiding significance for the automatic upgrading of chemical production to change the production process management of the plant from normal management to abnormal management.
