装备制造过程首件鉴定工作的问题剖析

首件鉴定是装备制造过程一项重要的质量管理活动,是产品试制、转厂及复产生产工艺有效性评价的常用方法,对保证产品批量生产质量、降低制造成本有重要的意义。介绍了首件鉴定的定义、范围及质量控制、组织实施要求,结合GJB 9001C等相关标准法规要求剖析了当前首件鉴定工作中存在的开展时机不准确、目录识别不到位、鉴定验证不充分等常见问题和对策,从健全标准体系、完善规章制度、加强组织管理等方面提出了改进意见和建议,可为装备承制单位提升工作水平提供参考。

First piece qualification was an important quality management activity in equipment manufacturing process,and also was a common method to evaluate the effectiveness of trial-production,transshipment and reproduction processes,which was of great significance to ensure the quality of product mass production and reduce the manufacturing costs.It was introduced that the definition,scope,quality control and implementation requirements of the first piece qualification,and combined with the requirements of the GJB 9001C standards and regulations,it was analyzed that the common problems and countermeasures,such as inaccurate timing,incomplete catalogue identification and inadequate appraisal and verification.From the aspects of improving the standard system,perfecting rules and regulations,strengthening the organization and management,this paper put forward some improvement suggestions,which provided reference for the equipment contractor to improve the work level.
