摘要
在新车开发阶段,必须进行动力匹配计算,以指导设计方案是否满足设计指标和使用要求。以8×4的纯电动专用车为例,对其进行了电机、传动系统、电池选型及参数匹配计算,利用Matlab软件建立了相应的纯电动环卫车仿真模型,仿真分析纯电动环卫车的动力性和经济性,使其满足车辆动力性最优化需求。研究结果表明,所选用的电机与电池能够满足重型纯电动环卫车的设计要求。
In the new car development stage,power matching calculations must be performed to guide whether the design scheme meets the design indicators and usage requirements.Taking the 8×4 pure electric special purpose vehicle as an example,the motor,transmission system,battery selection and parameter matching calculation were carried out.The corresponding pure electric sanitation vehicle simulation model was established using Matlab software to simulate and analyze the pure electric sanitation vehicle’s power and economy,so that it can meet the needs of vehicle power optimization.The research results show that the selected motor and battery can meet the design requirements of heavy pure electric sanitation vehicles。
