半挂车空气悬架试验台的设计及特性试验

Design and Characteristic Test of Semi-trailer Air Suspension Test Bench

针对半挂车空气悬架缺乏评价方法与测试设备等问题,设计了一种新型的半挂车空气悬架试验台,提出了相应的测试方法与评价指标。基于我国市场上常见的半挂车空气悬架,结合半挂车的实际工况,分析了半挂车空气悬架的原理特性,提出了空气悬架性能评价的关键指标;依据半挂车空气悬架的结构与性能指标,设计了半挂车空气悬架试验台,并阐述了基于试验台进行悬架性能测试的具体方法,为半挂车空气悬架的质量检测与产品开发提供了测试设备与测试方法。

In view of the lack of evaluation method and test equipment for semi-trailer air suspension,a new type of semi-trailer air suspension test bench is designed.Based on the common semi-trailer air suspension in The Chinese market and combined with the actual working conditions of semi-trailer,the pri nciple characteristics of semi-trailer air suspension are analyzed,and the key indexes of air suspension performance evaluation are put forw ard.According to the structure and performance index of semi-trailer air suspension,the test bench of semi-trailer air suspension is designed,and the specific method of suspension performance test based on the test bed is expounded,which provides the test equipment and test method for quality detection and product development of semi-trailer air suspension.
