摘要
据调查研究发现,当下贵州地区高校在线教学面临着许多困境,各高校需要群策群力,加强在线教学资源整合,鼓励教师创建精品课程;完善在线教学制度,保障在线教学有制度可依;升级在线教学硬软件,为师生提供良好的教学平台与网络环境;开展教师在线教学技能培训,提升教师在线教学经验;加强在线教学监督机制,规范师生教与学的行为;加强学生自主自觉性教育,利于学生优良品质的培养等措施,才能保障在线教学质量的高效性。
According to the investigation and research,the online teaching of colleges and universities in Guizhou is facing many difficulties. Colleges and universities need to work together to strengthen the integration of online teaching resources and encourage teachers to create excellent courses,improve the online teaching system to ensure that online teaching has system to rely on,upgrade online teaching hardware and software to provide a good teaching platform and network environment for teachers and students,carry out online teaching for teachers and students. In order to ensure the high efficiency of online teaching quality,we should take measures such as learning skills training,improving teachers’ online teaching experience,strengthening online teaching supervision mechanism,standardizing teachers’ and students’ teaching and learning behaviors,strengthening students’ self-consciousness education and fostering students’ excellent quality.
