The Construction of Network Public Opinion Response Mechanism for Major Epidemic in "Micro Era"

"微时代"改变了传统的、单一的舆情传播方式,使得网络舆情传播呈现实时化、智能化、互动化,能在短时间内通过"微传播"方式形成"井喷"的局面,从而使重大疫情网络舆情管控工作面临更加严峻的挑战。因此,亟待构建重大疫情网络舆情应对机制,提升"微时代"重大疫情网络舆情应对能力。结合"微时代"重大疫情网络舆情传播的特点,从"微时代"如何加强"微"应对的角度,探讨在重大疫情管控中的网络舆情应对机制的构建,丰富网络舆情管控工作的理论和实践,为疫情防控营造良好的舆论场。

The " micro era" has changed the traditional,single way of public opinion communication,making the network public opinion communication realistic,timely,intelligent and interactive. It can form a " blowout" situation through " Micro Communication" in a short time,so that the management and control of major epidemic network public opinion faces more severe challenges. Therefore,it is urgent to build the response mechanism of major epidemic network public opinion and improve the response ability of major epidemic network public opinion in the " micro era". Combined with the characteristics of Internet public opinion transmission of major epidemic in the " micro era",from the perspective of how to strengthen the " micro" response in the " micro era",this paper discusses the construction of Internet public opinion response mechanism in the control of major epidemic,enriches the theory and practice of Internet public opinion control,and creates a good public opinion field for epidemic prevention and control.
