从“中国实践”看马克思主义社会发展理论的“区域转向”

On the Regional Turn of Marxism’s Social Development Theory from the View of Chinese Practice

社会主义在本质上是一个致力于"个体与共同体"协调发展的理想、制度与社会实践运动。但是,究竟该如何贯穿和连接"个体与共同体"之间的诸多限制呢?在新时代语境下,超越区域地理学、空间经济学、行政规划学等专业学科话语,重新反省我国区域发展过程中的经验和教训,既是领会和深化习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要内容,也是推进马克思主义社会发展理论创新的内在要求。从改革开放之前三十年致力于"均衡"的理想型发展模式,到改革开放之初的"非均衡"的现实型发展模式,再到"区域协调发展"的"现实趋于理想"的新发展模式,这充分说明我们已经进入到一个迫切需要"区域转向"的新时代。从当下人类全球化社会发展困境的大视野、大命题、大趋势看,致力于"区域社会发展"是连接全球化和城市化、城镇化的一条必然的空间实现路径。唯有如此,才可能实现"区域经济"和"区域社会"融合发展、共享发展的美好愿景,真正彰显马克思主义社会发展理论的现代性批判和重构特性,最终真正促成人类社会发展"文明共同体"的早日实现。

The essence of socialism is the ideal,institution and social practice which are dedicated to the coordinated growth of individual and community.Then how to run through and connect individual and community?In the context of a new era,the experience and lessons learned in China’s regional development should be reflected through transcending the disciplines of regional geography,space economy and administrative planning.This is not only an important content in understanding and deepening Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and also the inner impact to promote Marxism’s theory of social development.From the“balanced”development mode during the 30years before reform and opening-up,to the“unbalanced”development mode in the beginning period of reform and opening-up,then to the new development mode of“regional coordinated growth”,it shows that we have entered a new era in which regional turn is urgently needed.From the big viewpoint,problem and trend of the social development dilemma under globalization,to focus on“regional social development”is a necessary spatial path to realize the connection between globalization and urbanization.Only by this can we realize the vision of integrated and shared development of“regional economy”and“regional society”,demonstrate the critic and reconstructed characteristics of modernity of Marxism’s theory of social development,and at last materialize the civil community of human social development really.
