摘要
在分析现有铝合金车体城市轨道客车典型车辆底架结构的基础上,针对不同车辆地板填充物及隔热结构建立了3种不同的车辆底架防火结构模型.依据BS 6853防火试验标准对该3种车辆底架防火结构模型样件进行结构耐火性能测试,验证了不同车体底架填充物对车辆地板耐火性能的影响,并对耐火试验的结果进行分析,进而为铝合金车体轨道客车的地板耐火结构设计开发提供了值得参考的可靠数据.
The typical underframe structure of urban railway vehicles with existing aluminum alloy car body is introduced,and three different underframe fire protection structure models are established for different vehicle floor fillers.According to BS 6853 fire test standard,the fire resistance performance of the three vehicle fire-proof structure models is tested.The effects of different underframe fillers on the fire resistance of the vehicle floor are verified,and the results of fire resistance test are analyzed,which provides reliable data for the design and development of floor fire-resistant structure of railway vehicle with aluminum alloy car body.
