Safety Analysis of Rollover Collision of a Subway Vehicle

摘要 以某地铁车Tc车体结构作为研究对象,采用显式动力学软件LS-DYNA,根据ECE R66标准对车体进行侧翻碰撞仿真.以车内乘员生存空间的完整性作为安全指标,评估车体的侧翻耐撞性能.对车体结构薄弱区域进行改进,通过增大该区域结构的截面抗弯模量,从而使车体在侧翻碰撞中吸能速率提高,车体结构变形减小,且车内乘员生存空间不被侵入.实验结果表明:改进后的结构明显提高了车体结构的侧翻耐撞性能,达到了提高车辆被动安全性的目的. The Subway Tc car body structure is taken as the research object,and the explicit dynamics software LS-DYNA is used to simulate the rollover collision of the car body based on ECE R66 standard.The completeness of passenger living space is taken as collision safety standard to evaluate the rollover crashworthiness of the vehicle bady.The weak structure of the car body is improved by increasing the cross-section bending modulus of the structure,so that the energy absorption rate of the car body is increased and the deformation of the car body structure is reduced during the rollover collision,and without invading the passenger living.The experiment result shows that the improved structure improves obviously the rollover crashworthiness of the car body structure and achieves the purpose of improving the passive safety of the vehicle.
