摘要 为研究钩缓系统在不同速度条件下的碰撞响应,以某6辆编组的地铁列车为平台,基于钩缓系统能量吸收能力和各界面的能量传递顺序,建立了五种不同速度的碰撞工况,研究各界面能量变化规律.计算结果显示:配有EFG3橡胶缓冲器钩缓系统的列车,在碰撞过程中各界面能量吸收较为平均,随着碰撞速度的增加,各界面的能量增长率也较为均衡,可有效缓解碰撞界面的冲击载荷. In order to study the collision response of the coupler devices under different speed conditions of metro trains.A 6-marshalling metro train is used as the platform,and five cases of collisions are established based on ability and order of the energy absorption of each interface to study the law of energy absorption at each interface.The result shows that energy absorption is average with the coupler devices of the EFG3 buffers.As the speed of collision is increased,the increasing rate of energy of each interface is relatively stable,which can relieve impact strength of the collision interface.It provides some suggestions for the energy allocation with energy absorption characteristics of coupler devices in trains.
