隧道内运行城铁车辆的声学性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 为研究在隧道内运行的车辆的车内噪声规律,对某120km/h速度等级城市轨道交通车辆项目在隧道内运行的情况建立SEA模型,并实际测量车辆的车门系统、空调系统和地板结构的隔声量以及车辆运行线路轨道的粗糙度和衰减率,将实际测量结果作为输入条件进行隧道内运行车辆车内噪声仿真分析,根据分析结果可知该项目车辆在隧道内以120 km/h速度运行时车内噪声为85 dBA左右,并且客室车门结构是影响该项目车辆车内噪声最重要的结构,为降低隧道内运行轨道车辆车内噪声水平,研究客室车门结构、提高客室车门的隔声量是一个重要的研究方向. The SEA model of vehicle running in a tunnel for 120 km/h speed urban rail transit vehicle project is established,sound insulation of the door system,the air conditioning system and the floor system are tested,and the roughness and decay rate of the track are measured.The actual measurement results are taken as the input conditions to carry out the simulation analysis of the interior noise of vehicle running in the tunnel.According to the analysis results,the interior noise of the vehicle running at the speed of 120 km/h in the tunnel is about 85dBA,and the door structure of the passenger compartment affects the vehicle interior noise most.In order to reduce the noise level of the vehicles running in the tunnel,the structure of the passenger door needs to be improved for better sound insulation.
