摘要
针对国内城际动车组还未制定噪声标准的现状,城际动车组采用正向设计理念,考虑城际运用的实际需求,确定了城际动车组客室和司机室噪音限值;利用VAONE软件进行内部声场仿真计算,通过理论分析与试验测试相结合的方法,预测出动车组250 km/h运行时车内噪音超标,结合样件测试提出地板加装隔音垫、风挡密封方案、空调风道加装吸音垫等措施,动车组噪声测试结果表明动车组250 km/h运行时车内噪音从71 dB(A)降低到68 dB(A),满足城际动车组车内噪声指标要求;噪声控制方案对降低车内噪音效果显著,可以推广到其它动车组产品中.
In view of the fact that the noise standard of domestic intercity EMU has not yet been formulated,the concept of forward design is adopted for intercity EMU,considering the actual demand of intercity application,the noise limits of the passenger compartment and the driver′s cab of the intercity emus are determined,the internal acoustic field is simulated by VAONE software,and the noise inside the emus is predicted to exceed the standard when the EMUS is traveling at 250 km/h by combining theoretical analysis with experimental test,combined with the sample test,the paper puts forward some measures such as adding sound-proof cushion to the floor,wind shield sealing scheme and adding sound-absorbing cushion to the air-conditioning duct.The noise test results show that the internal noise of EMU is reduced from 71dB(A)to 68 dB(A)when the EMU operates at 250 km/h,which meets the requirements of the noise target of the inter city EMU.The noise control scheme has a significant effect on reducing the EMU noise,which can be extended to other EMU products.
