煤炭漏斗车车体隔板加强板裂纹分析与改进 被引量:2

摘要 针对出口澳大利亚30t轴重煤炭漏斗车车体隔板加强板在运用过程中出现裂纹问题,基于离散单元法理论并应用PFC-3D软件对煤炭散粒货物装卸货过程进行仿真模拟,得出仿真计算数值与实际线路运行测试数据具有良好的一致性.分析了裂纹产生的原因是由于装卸载过程中散粒货物对隔板造成了瞬间冲击,从而造成隔板加强板疲劳破坏,并依据疲劳强度分析结果提出改进方案,在隔板加强板内侧加焊两个角钢,增加其纵向刚度,从而很好的解决了隔板加强板的疲劳问题. On the premise of meeting the design requirements of"freight car design and manufacturing code",the reinforced plate of body baffle of 30t axle weight coal hopper truck exported to Australia was cracked during its application.In this paper,based on the theory of discrete element method and the application of pfc-3d software to simulate the loading and unloading process of coal bulk cargo,it is concluded that the simulation calculation value is in good agreement with the actual line operation test data.Analyzed the causes of cracks are caused by loading unloading process for releasing goods in partition the instantaneous impact,resulting in the diaphragm reinforcement plate fatigue damage,and according to the results of fatigue strength analysis,puts forward improving plan,strengthen plate inside in the diaphragm and welding two Angle,increase the longitudinal stiffness,thus good solve the diaphragm reinforcement plate fatigue problems.
