元代国家治理下土官杨赛因不花考论

A Study on Yang Sayin-Buqa under National Governance in the Yuan Dynasty

杨赛因不花系播州杨氏家族入元后的第二位土司。对王朝的政治认同使其于平定西南叛乱的征伐中屡建功勋。杨赛因不花励精图治,使播州在经济、政治、教育、文化、交通等方面均获得长足进步,从而对维持大一统格局下西南边陲的一方平安起着积极作用。其在家族中起到承上启下的历史作用,将杨氏土司对元朝的认同推向了极致,从而推动了播州各民族共同文化心理的形成。在元代播州杨氏土司群体中,是唯一被《元史》予以列传之人。

Yang Sayin-Buqa is the second Tus(i aboriginal official)of the Yang family in Bozhou during the Yuan Dynasty.He made great contributions in the campaign of pacifying the Southwest rebellion owing to the political recognition of Yuan Dynasty.As a local official,Saiyinbuhua made great efforts to develop Bozhou in economy,politics,education,culture,transportation and so on,which played a positive role in maintaining social stability of the Southwest under the pattern of unification.Yang Sayin-Buqa played a connecting role in the family history,pushing the identity of Yang's local officials to the extreme.Thus,he promoted the formation of common cultural psychology of all ethnic groups in Bozhou.He is the only one who has been written into the official history of the Bozhou Tusi group.
