高校青年教师理想信念教育思考及对策探究——以地方本科院校青年教师为例

高校青年教师的理想信念教育是高校教师思想政治教育工作的核心,是高校教师思想政治工作的重要组成部分,面对部分高校青年教师理想信念模糊、主流价值观缺失、社会责任感缺乏等诸多问题,新时期加强高校青年教师的理想信念教育有着重要现实意义。为此,高校应提高认识,高度重视青年教师的理想信念教育工作,加强对青年教师的学习教育培训,注重对青年教师的人文关怀,也需要营造公正和谐的社会环境等。

The ideal and belief education of young college teachers is the core of the ideological and political education of college teachers and an important part of the ideological and political work of college teachers.In the face of many problems such as vague ideal and belief,lack of mainstream values,lack of social responsibility and so on,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the ideal and belief education of young college teachers in the new era.The main reasons are the influence of bad values,the emphasis on form and the lack of theoretical support.Colleges and universities should attach great importance to the education of young teachers'ideals and beliefs,improve their awareness,strengthen their learning,education and training,pay attention to their humanistic care,and create a just and harmonious social environment.
