摘要
公平而有质量是新时代教育的新使命。对大学生学业成就的研究,是促进高等教育过程公平的有效途径。通过对国内外大学生学业成就相关文献的梳理和总结,发现学业成就的测量指标趋向多元化,测量工具更加完善;群体差异研究主要集中在贫困与非贫困大学生的比较研究,更倾向于对专项计划生的研究;个人、学校和家庭是影响学业成就的主要因素,其中个人主观能动性能促使贫困生实现学业抗逆。基于此,提出已有研究的不足之处,以期为大学生学业成就的未来研究方向提供参考。
Focusing on quality and fairness is the educational mission of the new era.The study of college students'academic achievement is an effective way to promote the fairness of higher education.Through combing and summarizing the literature on academic achievement of college students domestically and abroad,it is found that the measurement indicators of academic achievement tend to be diversified,and the measurement tools are more perfect.The research on group differences mainly focuses on the comparative study of poor and non-poor college students.It tends to study the special program students;individuals,schools and families are the main factors influencing academic achievement.The influence of individual initiative can promote the poor students to achieve academic resistance.Based on this,the shortcomings of existing research are put forward,in order to provide ideas for the future research direction of college students'academic achievements.
