On Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Engineering Colleges

随着我国对高新技术产业重视度的不断提高,企业对创新性人才的需求也越来越多,工科院校作为培养创新创业人才的中流砥柱,其理论支撑、制度完善、路径构建、文化特色等方面在教育过程中也存在一些不足。因此,工科院校优化创新创业教育基础理论、完善学校规章制度、扩展人才教育路径、营造创新创业文化氛围,对我国占领创新创业人才教育战略要地至关重要。

With the continuous improvement of China's attention to high-tech industry,enterprises have more and more demand for innovative talents.As the mainstay of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,engineering colleges and universities also have some deficiencies in the process of education in the aspects of theoretical support,system improvement,path construction,cultural characteristics and so on.Therefore,engineering colleges and universities optimize the basic theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education,improve school rules and regulations,expand the path of talent education,and create an atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship culture,which is very important for our country to occupy the strategic areas of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
