地铁盾构隧道抗弯刚度有效率的模型试验研究 被引量:5

A Model-Tests-Based Study of the Anti-Bending Effectiveness of the Longitudinal and Transverse Rigidity of Shield-Drilled Tunnels

摘要 盾构管片拼装过程需要设置环向与纵向螺栓,螺栓接头会对管片整体刚度产生影响。以城市地铁单线单洞盾构隧道为研究对象,采用室内相似模型试验,开展2环管片横向、21环管片纵向加载试验,通过对比分析均质管片与错缝拼装管片,得到了盾构隧道横向和纵向刚度有效率。试验结果表明:隧道各位置的变形与荷载基本呈线性变化;横向抗弯刚度有效率为0.76,纵向抗弯刚度有效率为0.20~0.35。 In the assembly process of shield segments,circumferential and longitudinal bolts have to be provided.However,the bolt joints will affect the overall rigidity of the segments.With the urban single-tracked,single-tunnel shield-drilled tunnels as the object of our studies,the model tests of 2-ring and 21-ring lining are carried out in the light of indoor similarity model tests,upon the basis of which the transverse and longitudinal rigidity effectiveness of the shield-drilled tunnel are obtained through comparatively analyzing the homogeneous segments and stager-jointed assembled segments.The results of our tests show that the relationship between the deformation of each position of the tunnel and the load tends to be linear,the transverse rigidity effectiveness is 0.76,and the longitudinal rigidity effectiveness ranges between 0.20 and 0.35.
