摘要
为解决水下30 m混凝土的施工技术问题,选取了不同分子量、不同掺量的聚丙烯酰胺以及不同掺量的减水剂(PC),进行了水泥净浆和砂浆扩展度、透明度、pH、浊度、抗压强度、水陆强度比以及混凝土的扩展度、抗分散性以及抗压强度性能检测,以确定分散剂的最佳组成。结果表明:聚丙烯酰胺分子量为1600万、聚丙烯酰胺和PC掺量分别为水泥质量的0.3%和2%、粉煤灰的掺量为17%时,水下不分散混凝土具有良好的流动性和抗分散性,而且抗压强度满足施工设计要求。
In order to solve the technical problems in the construction of the anti-washout concrete 30 metres underwater,different types of polyacrylamide with different molecular weights,different dosages,and different amounts of water-reducing agents are chosen to test the expansion,transparency,the pH,turbidity,compressive strength,water-land strength ratio of cement paste and mortar,as well as the expansion,anti-washout capability and compressive strength of the anti-washout underwater concrete in order to determine the best composition of the anti-washout admixture.The results of our tests show that the anti-washout underwater concrete has good fluidity,anti-washout capability,and compressive strength when the molecular weight of polyacrylamide is 16 million,the content of polyacrylamide and PC is 0.3%and 2%of the mass of cement,and the content of fly ash is 17%.And the compressive strength of the concrete is found to be up to the requirements of both design and construction.
