摘要
依托成都地铁6号线尚锦路站至红高路站盾构区间的施工实例,对穿越富水漂卵石地层的盾构滚刀适应性进行了研究。通过对滚刀破岩机理分析及破岩效率评价,结合工程实践经验,对盾构机及刀盘配置进行了优化改造,对滚刀刃宽及滚刀启动扭矩参数进行优化,提高了滚刀对富水漂卵石地层的适应性,降低了刀具磨耗,延长了刀具使用寿命,减少了换刀次数,值得推广应用。
With the construction of the shield-drilled section between the Shangjin Station and the Honggao Road Station of Line 6 of Chengdu Metro as a practical example,made in the present paper is a study of the adaptability of the shield hob to the rich-watered gravel-boulder stratum.Through the analysis of the rock-breaking mechanism of the shield hob and the evaluation of the rock-breaking efficiency of the shield hob,and upon the basis of experience in engineering practice,the shield machine and the configuration of the cutter head are optimized and transformed,with the parameters of the blade width and the hob-starting torque parameters optimized.And thus,the adaptability of the hob to the rich-watered gravel-boulder stratum is improved,with the abrasion of the cutting tools reduced,the service life of the cutting tools lengthened,and the tool-changing times reduced.The fruits of our research are worth popularizing and widely applying.
