黄河2019年汛期水沙调控实践与思考

Water and sediment regulation in flood season of the Yellow River in 2019:practices and lessons learned

2019年汛期,黄河流域暴雨过程频繁,强降雨落区重叠度高,共发生20次较大降雨过程、4次编号洪水。对这一期间的降雨情况、洪水演进、河道水沙特点、水库河道冲淤变化、水沙调控及异重流塑造、河势、工情、险情等进行简要分析,提出对黄河汛期水沙调控的思考。

In the flood season of 2019,the Yellow River Basin has experienced a frequent rainstorm process with high overlapping degree of heavy rainfall areas.A total of 20 high precipitation events and 4 numbered floods were happened.Based on brief introduction and analysis of conditions such as rainfall,flood routing,characteristics of water and sediment in river channel,erosion and deposition changes of reservoir river channel,water and sediment regulation and density current shaping,river regime,engineering and disaster,suggestions are given to optimize water and sediment regulation in flood season of the Yellow River.
