某二线城市普通高中生性行为现状及影响因素调查

Research on the current situation and influencing factors of sexual behavior among ordinary senior high school students in a second-tier city

目的:了解某市普通高中生性行为发生现状及影响因素。方法:采取多阶段抽样方法,对某市3所普通高中的1205名高中生进行匿名问卷调查,应用秩和检验,卡方检验和二元Logistic回归分析性行为现状并探索其影响因素。结果:某市普通高中生性行为报告率为5.7%,男生(8.7%)高于女生(3.2%)(χ^2=16.88,P<0.05)。Logistic回归结果显示尝试吸烟,使用过止咳药水等其他成瘾物质,或目前正在谈恋爱的高中生发生性行为的可能性更大(P值均<0.05)。结论:该市普通高中生的性行为发生情况处于省内较高水平,成瘾物质使用和恋爱状态对性行为均有影响。

Objective:To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of sexual behavior among ordinary senior high school students in a second-tier city. Methods:By using multistage sampling method, an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted among 1205 students from 3 normal senior high schools. Using rank sum test, chi-square test and Binary logistic regression, to analyze the current situation of sexual behavior and to explore the influencing factors using rank sum test, chi-square test and Binary logistic regression. Results:5.7% ordinary senior high school students reported that they had sexual behavior with 8.7% in boys and 3.2% in girls. Logistic regression results showed that students who attempted tobacco, used other substance(such as cough syrup), and were in a relationship were more likely to have sex in high school(all P<0.05). Conclusion:The reported-rate of sexual behavior among ordinary senior high school students was relatively high compared with other cities in the same province. Substance use and relationship status were the influencing factors.
