青少年冰毒依赖者家庭功能特征分析

Analysis on family function of the teenager methamphetamine addicts

目的:探讨青少年冰毒依赖者的家庭功能特点。方法:以成都市某强制隔离戒毒所100名冰毒依赖青少年作为戒毒组,以100名健康志愿者作为对照组,两组在年龄、民族上相匹配,采用自编一般信息问卷、父母教养方式量表、家庭关怀度指数、领悟社会支持量表对两组被试进行施测。结果:(1)两组在被试的文化程度、父母是否健在、父母是否离异及是否为独生子女因素上的差异均有统计学意义(t=8.164,5.207,5.674,7.715,6.490,P均<0.05)。(2)戒毒组父母教养方式在情感温暖、理解,惩罚、严厉,拒绝、否认因子方面与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(t=-3.510,-4.584,3.264,2.132,1.765,2.677,P均<0.05);戒毒组的家庭关怀度、家庭内支持得分明显低于对照组,且差异存在统计学意义(t=-5.262,-3.029,P均<0.01)。结论:对于青少年来说,家庭结构不完整,父母教养方式不良,家庭关怀欠缺均是引起吸毒的主要原因,所以,在对青少年进行毒品预防教育的同时,加强家族干预和父母的责任感也至关重要。

Objective:To explore the family function characteristics of adolescents with methamphetamine dependence.Methods:We choose 100 adolescent methamphetamine addicts as detoxification group from Chengdu Detoxification Center,and 100 healthy volunteers as the control group.These two groups match in age and ethnicity.Using the self-compiled general information questionnaire,EMBU,Family care index,and Perceived social support scale,PSSS to test the two groups.Results:(1)The difference in the cultural level,whether parents are alive,whether parents are divorced and whether the one-child factors between the two groups was statistically significant.(t=8.164,5.207,5.674,7.715,6.490,Pmean<0.05).(2)The parenting style of the detoxification group was statistically significant compared with the control group in terms of emotional warmth,understanding,punishment,severity,rejection,and denial factors.(t=-3.510,-4.584,3.264,2.132,1.765,2.677,Pmean<0.05);Family care index and the score of support within the family in detoxification group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=-5.262,-3.029,Pmean<0.01).Conclusion:For adolescents,the incomplete family structure,the poor parenting style,and lack of family care are the main cause of drug abuse.Therefore,in addition to drug control for young people,it is also important to strengthen the sense of responsibility of parents.
