强制隔离戒毒人员门诊疾病谱研究

Study on disease spectrum in outpatient department of compulsory isolation of drug addicts

目的:探究强制隔离戒毒人员疾病构成及顺位,预测陕西关中地区强制隔离戒毒人员就医人次、外诊人次、住院趋势。方法:疾病分类按系统大类分,传染性疾病单列(限于病毒性肝炎、肺结核、艾滋病3种)。结果:(1)年人均就诊次数逐年递减。(2)2015-2016,2017-2018年外诊百分比递增,同时,年均住院百分比缓慢上升,但年所外就医百分比持续下降。(3)呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、消化系统疾病、损伤类疾病居疾病谱前四位。结论:陕西关中地区吸毒人员就医人次将呈缓慢下降趋势,年均外诊数量将在19%左右徘徊、年均住院约1.1%,年均所外就医2.6%左右。

Objective:To explore the disease composition and order of compulsory segregated detoxification personnel,predict the number of medical visits,outgoing visits,and hospitalization trend in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.Methods:The classification of disease was classified according to the system category,and the infectious diseases were single-column(limited to viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,and AIDS).Results:(1)the number of visits per person per year decreased year by year.(2)The percentage of outgoing visits increased from 2015 to 2016 and 2017 to 2018.At the same time,the average annual percentage of hospitalization increased slowly,but the percentage of out-of-hospital medical treatment continued to decline.(3)Respiratory diseases,circulatory system diseases,digestive system diseases,and injury diseases rank in the top four in the disease spectrum.Conclusion:The number of medical visits of drug users in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province will show a slow downward trend,the average annual number of external visits will be about 19%,the average annual hospitalization rate will be 1.1%,and the average annual out of hospital medical treatment rate will be 2.6%.
