影响浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面耐香烟灼烧性能的因素分析

Analysis of Factors Affecting Resistance to Cigarette Burning on Surface Decorated Particleboard with Paper Impregnated Thermosetting Resin

为了研究影响浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面耐香烟灼烧性能的因素,采用了3种不同温湿度条件对试样和香烟进行平衡处理,以及对8种不同品牌香烟进行表面耐香烟灼烧性能试验分析。结果表明:香烟平衡处理条件、不同品牌香烟对浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板表面耐香烟灼烧性能影响显著,试样平衡处理条件对耐香烟性能影响较小。

In order to study the factors affecting the resistance to cigarette burning on the surface decorated particleboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resin,three different temperature and humidity conditions were used for equilibrium treatment of samples and cigarettes,and eight different brands of cigarettes were used to test and analyze the resistance to cigarette burning on the surface.The results showed that the cigarette equilibrium treatment conditions and different brands of cigarettes had significant effects on the cigarette burning resistance on the surface decorated particleboard with paper impregnated thermosetting resin,while the sample equilibrium treatment conditions had little effect on the cigarette burning resistance.
