基于COSMOS/Works的汽车EBJ型万向节的模拟与结构分析

摘要 EBJ型万向节具有质量轻、结构小巧及传递效率高等性能。在COSMOS/Works环境下创建EBJ型万向节的有限元模型,对其结构应力变化及分布进行分析,研究汽车万向节的静态结构应力变化与分布,为我国车用万向节的发展提供参考。 EBJ cardan joints feature light weight,small structure and high transmission efficiency,etc.the performance of the EBJ cardan joint with was verified.The finite element model of EBJ cardan joint was set up under the COSMOS/Works environment,the structural stress change and distribution were analyzed,the static structural stress changes and distribution of automobile cardan joints studied,providing reference for the development of automotive universal joints in our country.
