预埋件计算方法存在的问题及解决方法(续二)

摘要 预埋件是混凝土结构与金属结构连接时所必须采用的最重要的结构连接构件。而预埋件计算是预埋件设计过程中的最重要环节。目前预埋件设计和计算则主要是依据GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》第9.7节的公式与条文进行。但在长期结构设计实践中,该计算方法存在诸多未及考虑的因素。主要包括以下问题:压力对埋件抗剪有利因素限值问题、双向剪力及双向弯曲作用时的计算问题、埋件抗扭转作用计算问题。这些问题在埋件设计和计算中经常碰到,但却一直没有明确解决办法。论文通过对预埋件计算理论的研究,并以此原理为依据给出了上述问题具体解决办法。为实际工程中埋件设计提供计算依据,为规范相关条款修订提供建议。 Embedded parts are the most important structural connection components which must be used when connecting concrete structure and metal structure.The calculation of embedded parts is the most important part in the design process of embedded parts.At present,the design and calculation of embedded parts are mainly based on the formula and provisions in section 9.7 of GB 50010-2010 Code for Design of Concrete Structures.However,in the long-term structural design practice,there are many factors that are not considered in the calculation method.It mainly includes the following problems:the limiting value of the favorable factors of the pressure on the shear resistance of the embedded parts,the calculation of the two-way shear and two-way bending,and the calculation of the torsion resistance of the embedded parts.These problems are often encountered in the design and calculation of embedded parts,but there is no clear solution.Based on the research of the calculation theory of embedded parts,this paper gives the concrete solutions to the above problems.It provides the calculation basis for the design of embedded parts in the actual project,and provides suggestions for the revision of relevant provisions of the specification.
