摘要
根据1954北京坐标系的技术特点,引入了平面四参数模型,将其用于坐标转换操作中,分析具体转换过程,在其支持下实现坐标转换。
According to the technical characteristics of 1954 Beijing coordinate system,the paper introduces the plane four-parameter model,which is used in the coordinate transformation operation,analyzes the specific transformation process,and realizes the coordinate transformation under its support.
