The Road of Advancing with the Times in the Environmental Sanitary Special Planning from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization——Taking Suzhou District of Jiuquan City as An Example

以酒泉市肃州区为例,在生态文明视角下,将以往被割裂的城乡区域视为一个完整空间,以分类解决问题为导向,优化配置环境卫生设施资源,对城乡环境卫生专项规划的编制经验进行创新总结,并以当前疫情为鉴,结合公共卫生领域新问题,探索环卫规划的与时俱进发展之路。

Taking Suzhou District of Jiuquan City as an example,from the perspective of ecological civilization,the urban and rural areas that were previously separated are regarded as a complete space,guided by classification and problem-solving,environmental health facilities and resources are optimized,and the experience in the preparation of urban and rural environmental health special planning is innovatively summarized.Taking the current epidemic situation as a reference,combined with new problems in the field of public health,to explore the road of development of environmental health planning with the times.
