摘要 随着电器制造技术的发展,尤其是大规模集成电路技术的不断进步,电子产品体积越来越小,而其功能却日趋强大,智能化程度不断提高。然而,随着智能电子产品功能的强大,其整体质量和功能可靠性问题却日益凸显,涉及产品的电气安全性、电磁兼容性、环境适应性等方面。在相同技术条件下,如何提高智能电子产品的整体质量和功能可靠性,成为提升智能电子产品产能和拓展应用的关键问题。论文对智能电子产品的关键质量控制方法和可靠性测试要求进行系统阐述,以供同行交流互鉴。 With the development of electrical manufacturing technology,especially the continuous progress of large-scale integrated circuit technology,the volume of electronic products is becoming smaller and smaller,but its function is becoming stronger and stronger,and the degree of intelligence is increasing.However,with the powerful functions of intelligent electronic products,the overall quality and functional reliability problems are increasingly prominent,involving the electrical safety,electromagnetic compatibility,environmental adaptability and other aspects of products.Under the same technical conditions,how to improve the overall quality and functional reliability of intelligent electronic products has become a key issue to improve the production capacity and expand the application of intelligent electronic products.In this paper,the key quality control methods and reliability testing requirements of intelligent electronic products are systematically described for peer exchange and mutual learning.
