在房地产项目管理中设计管理作为核心部分之一,近年来,随着市场走向成熟,房地产行业竞争越来越大,更多的开发商开始注重项目设计管理。在房地产开发项目管理中引入项目管理方法,有利于积极控制项目设计进度、成本、质量等内容。论文简要探讨房地产项目管理中跨区域多项目的设计,分析几种不同设计管理模式,并对设计管理模式在房地产跨区域多项目中的实施,实现项目进度、成本、质量的统一协调。

In the real estate project management,design management is one of the core parts.In recent years,with the maturity of the market,the real estate industry is more and more competitive.More developers begin to pay attention to project design management.In the real estate development project management,the introduction of project management method is conducive to the active control of project design progress,cost,quality and other content.This paper briefly discusses the design of cross-regional and multi-project in real estate project management,analyzes several different design management modes,and implements the design management mode in real estate cross-regional and multi-project to achieve the unified coordination of project schedule,cost and quality.
