综合医学院校的中医学教育改革探索

Exploration on the Reform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education in General Medical Colleges

医学生(尤其是非中医学专业)的中医学教育不足,制约了国家“中西医并重”医学目标的实现。本文基于长期的教学和临床工作实践,结合中医药参与新冠肺炎治疗情况,思考如何在医学院校中加强中医药文化和专业知识教育,指出医学人才要学习和掌握中医学的认知与思维方法,同时从文化自信和唯物辩证观层面阐述医学院校加强和改进中医学教育的重要意义,围绕医学生人才培养方案提出了系列的建议。

The lack of TCM education for medical students,especially those who are not specialized in TCM,has restricted the realization of the national medical goal of“attaching equal importance to both Chinese and Western medicine”.Based on long-term teaching and clinical practice,and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions for strengthening the education of Chinese medicine culture and professional knowledge in medical schools.It points out that medical students should learn and master the cognition and thinking methods of TCM,from the view point of cultural selfconfidence and materialist dialectics,expounds the significance of TCM Education in medical colleges and universities,and at the same time,puts forward a series of suggestions on the revision of medical students’training program.
