高职物流管理专业留学生人才培养模式的探索——以四川商务职业学院为例 被引量:6

Exploration on the Talent Training Mode of International Students of Logistics Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education--Taking Sichuan Business Vocational College as an Example

摘要 近年来“一带一路”沿线65国和地区有不少学生选择留学中国高职院校,因此高职相关专业人才培养模式纷纷针对来华留学生进行相应改革,以适应我国与留学生来源国对外开放的双重需要以及高等教育国际化的需要。文章以四川商务职业学院为例,通过对高职物流管理专业人才培养模式的分析,结合留学生实际和来源国物流现状,分析了当前留学生人才培养模式存在的问题,从与时俱进修订人才培养方案、教学在“中国化”基础上兼顾“本土化”、趋同化管理下的课程体系建设、构建符合中国法务的教学实习体系、拓宽跨文化交流的实施路径等方面着手,创新来华留学生高职物流专业人才培养模式,从而服务于留学生来源国的经济发展。 In recent years,many students from 65 countries and regions along the Belt and Road have chosen to study in China's higher vocational colleges.Therefore,the personnel training mode of higher vocational colleges has been reformed for overseas students in China so as to meet the dual needs of the opening up of China and the source countries of overseas students and the internationalization of higher education.Based on Sichuan Business Vocational College as an example,through the analysis of logistics management professional training model,combining with the actual situation of international students and the current logistics situation in the country of origin,the paper aims to analyze the problems existing in the current talent training model for international students,revise the talent training program,construct assimilation management curriculum system on the basis of"Chinese"and"localization",build teaching practice system in line with Chinese legal affairs,broaden the implementation path of cross-cultural communication,and innovate the training model of logistics professionals for foreign students in China to serve the economic development of the countries of origin of international students.
