摘要
以近期暴发的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情为背景,对消防救援队伍在突发公共卫生事件应急处置中应发挥的作用、应承担的具体职责任务进行深入探讨。并从明确职责任务、构建消防急救医疗网络、设立统一救援热线、加强医疗救护人才队伍建设、适时建设区域性医疗救护中心、加强救援医学研究力度等方面提出了建议,为消防救援队伍在改革中进一步拓展院前急救和灾难紧急救护职能,充分发挥队伍作用提供参考。
Based on the COVID-19 outbreak recently,the role of fire and rescue force in the emergency response of public health emergencies and the specific responsibilities and tasks to be undertaken by the fire and rescue force are discussed in this paper.This paper provides suggestions and references for further expanding the functions of the fire and rescue force in pre-hospital and disaster emergency medical service and giving full play to the role of the fire and rescue force in fire and emergency medical service in the next step reform.
