新冠肺炎疫情期间消防救援工作研究

Research on the Rescue of Fire and Rescue Department during the Outbreak of COVID-19

作为应急救援的主力军和国家队,消防救援队伍改制转隶以来承担着防范化解重大安全风险、应对处置各类灾害事故的重要职责。为进一步强化疫情应对能力,做好卫生防疫工作,在深入剖析疫情产生影响与存在问题基础上,总结工作经验,提出明确工作职责,制定卫生标准;建强专业队伍,升级专业装备;完善联动机制,提高联络效率;优化物资保障,畅通调集渠道,提升疫情期间应急救援处置能力。

As the main force and national team of emergency rescue,the fire and rescue department takes the important responsibility of preventing and resolving safety risks,dealing with all kinds of disasters and accidents.This paper analyzes the impact and current problems of the fire and rescue department’s emergency rescue during the outbreak of COVID-19,reviews and summarizes the rescue practices and countermeasures,puts forward suggestions for the next step of epidemic prevention job,providing reference for the fire and rescue department to strengthen the epidemic response capacity.
