在公安特警队伍中抽调人员组建反恐训练专业蓝军,具有填补公安特警队伍反恐专业队空白、检验训练成果及创新战法、提高反恐队伍对恐怖袭击事件处置流程熟练度和增强警员心理应激能力的意义。在当前公安特警对抗训练广泛开展现状下,需要以实战的“真实度”为核心、以各项软硬件基础为依托、以实际情况为参考、以多样化对抗充实训练、以科学评判体系为标准,建立各省份公安特警反恐训练专业蓝军队伍。

The deployment of personnel in the SWAT to form a professional blue army of anti-terrorism team plays a significant role of filling the gap in the anti-terrorism system of the SWAT,testing the training results and innovating the method of warfare,enhancing the proficiency of the anti-terrorism team in the handling of terrorist incidents and strengthening the psychological stress ability of officers.The formation of blue army of each province and municipality shall take the“reality”of the actual combat as the core,be based on various foundation and the actual situation,enrich the training with diversified training modules and take scientific evaluation system as its standard.
