摘要
弓形虫脑炎(toxoplasmic encephalitis,TE)是艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者最常见的神经系统机会性感染之一,迄今仍是严重威胁艾滋病患者生命与健康的重要原因.艾滋病合并弓形虫脑炎(AIDS/TE)在流行病学、发病机制、临床特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗和预防等方面均具有一定的特殊性,然而目前尚缺乏系统的指南性文献可供参考.该共识在综合现有文献与课题研究结果的基础上,就AIDS/TE的流行情况、发病机制、临床特征、诊断、防治等内容进行详细阐述,以期为该疾病临床诊疗提供参考.
Toxoplasma encephalitis(TE)is a common opportunistic infection of the central nervous system of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients,and remains a significant threat to their health and life.Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome/toxoplasma encephalitis(AIDS/TE)is disease-specific in epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment,and prevention.However,no systematic guideline for AIDS/TE is available for reference in current literature.This consensus document presents a detailed discussion about the epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of AIDS/TE based on current data derived from the existing literature and research results so as to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIDS/TE.
