摘要
犬瘟热(canine distemper,CD)是一种由犬瘟热病毒(canine distemper virus,CDV)引起的在全球范围内发生的传染病,可感染食肉目的所有8个科及其他一些科属的动物,对经济动物养殖业及野生动物危害巨大。CDV进入宿主主要依靠信号淋巴细胞活化分子(SLAM,又称CD150)和细胞黏附分子4(Nectin-4,又称PVRL-4)。SLAM和Nectin-4可以分别与CDV血凝素蛋白(H)的不同部位结合,在CDV对宿主识别、致病性及病毒传播中起到重要作用。有一些物质对CDV具有抑制作用,这些物质可分为2类,一类是天然酚类化合物,另一类是人工合成的化合物。现主要综述CDV的传播途径、病毒受体及其作用机制,2类对CDV表现出抑制作用的化合物的实验室表现,以期为CD的治疗及控制提供参考。
Canine distemper(CD)is a global infectious disease caused by canine distemper virus(CDV),which can infect all 8 families of carnivorous animals and some other families and genera,and has great harm to economic animal breeding industry and wild animals.CDV enters the host mainly by SLAM(signalling lymphocyte activation molecules)and Nectin-4(poliovirus-receptor-like-4).SLAM and Nectin-4 can bind to different parts of CDV hemagglutinin protein(H)respectively,which plays an important role in CDV recognition,pathogenicity,and virus transmission.Several substances that inhibit CDV can be divided into natural phenolic compounds and synthetic compounds.In this paper,in order to make some contributions to the treatment and control of canine distemper.The author reviewed the transmission of canine distemper virus,virus receptor and its mechanism of action,and the laboratory manifestations of the two kinds of compounds that showed inhibitory effect on CDV.
