妊娠期糖尿病孕妇外周血及新生儿脐血血浆中甜菜碱水平与糖代谢关系的研究 被引量:3

Study on the relationship between betaine and glucose metabolism in peripheral blood of pregnant women and their newborn’s cord blood with gestational diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨GDM孕妇外周血及新生儿脐血血浆中甜菜碱(Bet)水平与糖代谢的关系。方法以72例GDM孕妇(GDM组)及60例健康足月分娩(NGT组)的孕妇及新生儿为研究对象,对两组孕妇外周血及新生儿脐血的血浆进行代谢组学分析,研究血浆Bet水平与FPG、Ins、HOMA-IR的相关性。结果GDM组孕妇外周血血浆Bet水平较NGT组降低,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.478);GDM组新生儿脐血Bet水平低于NGT组(P=0.028)。两组孕妇外周血及新生儿脐血Bet水平均与FPG呈负相关(r=-0.185、-0.302,P=0.020、0.001),孕妇外周血Bet水平与Ins及胰岛素抵抗指数呈负相关趋势,差异无统计学意义(r=-0.114、-0.127,P=0.174、0.131)。结论GDM组孕妇外周血及新生儿脐血血浆中Bet水平均低于NGT组,且与FPG呈负相关。 Objective To investigate the level of maternal and cord blood betaine in gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and the association between betaine status and glucose metabolism.Methods We recruited 132 pregnant women and their newborns,including 72 GDMs and 60 controls(NGT).The plasma levels of betaine in peripheral blood of pregnant woman and cord blood of the two groups were compared.The correlations between plasma betaine level and fasting blood glucose(FPG),insulin levels and HOMA-IR index were analyzed.Results The cord blood betaine levels in the GDM group were significantly lower than those in the NGT group(P=0.028).The plasma betaine levels of mothers in the GDM group were also lower than those in the NGT group,with no significant difference(P=0.478).There was a significant negative correlation(r=-0.185,-0.302,P=0.020,0.001)between maternal and cord blood betaine levels and FPG.There was also a negative correlation between maternal betaine levels and their fasting insulin levels and HOMA-IR index(r=-0.114,-0.127,P=0.174,0.131).Conclusion Maternal plasma and cord blood betaine levels in the GDM group were lower than those in the NGT group,and were negatively correlated with FPG.
