摘要
目前,一种禁食诱导的新型脂肪因子白脂素(Asprosin)在糖尿病中的作用逐渐受到关注。Asprosin激活肝细胞中的环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)途径,促进肝糖释放并通过Asprosin-嗅觉受体734信号轴维持葡萄糖稳态和IS;也可调节下丘脑Gαs-cAMP-蛋白激酶A轴介导的刺鼠基因相关蛋白阳性神经元激活,抑制阿黑皮素原阳性神经元,从而促进食欲。Asprosin在骨骼肌、胰岛β细胞中也发挥作用,并参与糖尿病发病机制。Asprosin与糖尿病及其他代谢性疾病相关。本文就Asprosin与糖尿病的研究进展进行综述。
At present,Asprosin,a new type of fasting induced adipokine,was found to play an increasingly important role in diabetes.Asprosin can activate c AMP pathway in hepatocytes,promote glucose release and maintain glucose homeostasis and insulin sensitivity(IS)through Asprosin-OLFR734 signal axis.It can also regulate the activation of AgRP+neurons mediated by Gαs-cAMP-protein kinase A axis in hypothalamus,inhibit POMC+neurons and improve appetite.Asprosin also plays a role in skeletal muscle and isletβcells,as well as participates in the pathogenesis of diabetes.Asprosin is associated with diabetes and other metabolic diseases.This article reviews the research progress of asprosin and diabetes.
