土地托管对玉米生产技术效率的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Land Trusteeship on the Technical Efficiency of Maize Production

利用240个玉米种植户的实地调查数据,采用超越对数随机前沿生产函数测度玉米种植户的生产技术效率,分析土地托管对玉米种植户生产技术效率的影响。研究表明,被调查地区的玉米种植户生产技术效率异质性特征明显,介于0.28~0.98,平均技术效率为0.91。参加土地托管玉米种植户的平均技术效率比未参加土地托管户的平均技术效率提高6个百分点。玉米种植户户主的年龄、性别、文化水平以及家庭从事农业人口数、家庭农业收入占比、是否获得政府支持对技术效率也有显著影响。根据研究结论,提出相关政策建议。

The paper uses the field survey data of 240 maize farmers,measures the technical efficiency of maize farmers with translog stochastic frontier production function,and analyzes the influence of land trust on the technical efficiency of maize farmers.The research shows that the heterogeneity of maize farmers'production techni⁃cal efficiency in the surveyed area is obvious,ranging from 0.28 to 0.98,and the average technical efficiency is 0.91.To participate in land hosting corn farmers average technical efficiency than not to attend land hosting the average technical efficiency increased by 6%,in addition,corn growers householder age,sex,cultural level,family is en⁃gaged in the agricultural population,family farm income accounted for,whether to receive government support is have a significant effect on technical efficiency,based on the above research conclusion,finally puts forward rele⁃vant policy suggestions.
