腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术治疗小儿高位隐睾的效果

Effect of laparoscopic cryptorchidism on high cryptorchidism in children

目的分析腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术治疗小儿高位隐睾的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2019年2月珠海市妇幼保健院收治的40例高位隐睾患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组20例。观察组患儿接受腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术治疗,对照组患儿接受开放隐睾术治疗,随访观察6个月。比较两组患儿的手术观察指标、手术前后睾丸发育情况及并发症发生率之间的差异。结果观察组患儿手术与住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿手术前后的睾丸发育评分、睾丸容积比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿的并发症发生率(0.0%)低于对照组(20.0%,4/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.444,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜隐睾下降固定术与开放隐睾手术比较,能够缩短手术与住院时间,降低出血量与并发症发生率,具有更高的安全性,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic cryptorchidism on high cryptorchidism in children.Methods From February 2016 to February 2019,40 children with high cryptorchidism were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group received laparoscopic cryptorchidism,and the children in the control group received open cryptorchidism,followed up for 6 months.The differences between the two groups were compared in the operative observation indexes,testicular development before and after the operation and the incidence of complications.Results The time of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in testicular development score or testicular volume between the two groups before and after operation(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(0.0%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%,4/20),the difference was significant(χ^2=4.444,P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the operation of open cryptorchidism,laparoscopic cryptorchidism can shorten the time of operation and hospitalization,reduce the amount of bleeding and the incidence of complications.It has higher safety and is worth popularizing.
