丁苯酞对脑小血管病患者认知功能与脑血管储备功能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of butylphthalide on cognitive function and cerebrovascular reserve function in patients with cerebrovascular disease

摘要 目的观察丁苯酞对脑小血管病患者认知功能、储备功能的影响。方法选取濮阳市油田总医院2017年11月至2019年3月收治的110例脑小血管病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组55例,对照组采用常规性治疗,研究组在对照组基础上进行丁苯酞治疗。通过评价简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分和特利尔量表(MOCA)评分评估患者认知功能,脑血管储备(CVR)功能,利用颅多普勒分析屏气试验检测屏气指数(BHI)测定患者脑血管储备(CVR)功能,同时,观察两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组MMSE、MOCA、BHI比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组MMSE高于对照组,但差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组MOCA、BHI显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为3.64%(2/55),低于对照组[5.45%(3/55)],差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上使用丁苯酞后对于脑小血管治疗后认知功能及储备功能均有积极的意义。 Objective To observe the influence of butylphthalide on the cognitive function and reserve function in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods One hundred and ten patients with cerebrovascular disease from November 2017 to March 2019 in Puyang Oilfield General Hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The scores of MMSE,Moca,CVR and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in MMSE,MOCA or BHI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,MMSE of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,MOCA and BHI of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.64%(2/55),which was lower than that(5.45%,3/55)of the control group,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions On the basis of routine treatment,the use of butylphthalide has positive significance for cognitive function and reserve function after treatment of small cerebral vessels.
